Privacy Policy — Elocute

1. Data Collection

Elocute has no account system and no analytics. Your recordings are written to storage on your iPhone, analysed there, and never uploaded. The only information that leaves your device is your subscription status.

2. Speech Recognition

Transcription runs on the device using Apple's on-device speech models. Audio is not sent to Apple or to anyone else for recognition.

3. Third-Party Services

Elocute uses one third-party service, and only for subscriptions:

• Apple (App Store) — Processes subscription purchases and renewals. Payment details are never seen by the app. Privacy policy
• RevenueCat — Manages subscription state. It receives the purchase transaction and an anonymous identifier for this install — no name, no email, and never any audio or transcript. Privacy policy

4. Data Storage

Recordings and session history are stored on the device only. Settings → Delete all recordings removes every session and its audio permanently. Deleting the app removes them too.

5. Analytics & Tracking

None. Elocute has no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising identifier. It makes no network request of its own beyond checking your subscription.

6. Children's Privacy

Elocute is not directed at children under 13, and collects no data from anyone of any age.

7. Changes to This Policy

Any change to this policy appears on this page with an updated date. Since the app has no way to send us anything, a change would be about clarity rather than about new collection.
